While we’re all about the infinite, our return policy prefers to stay in the finite realm.

1. Items bought on sale/coupon discount & pre-orders are not eligible for return
2. You can exchange your order at an exchange fee of 250/- per pair
3. 999 items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
4. You've got 5 days post-delivery to request a return/exchange
5. For us to take back the product it has to be unused, in the original packing and with the zip-tie loop intact.
6. In case you wish to return your product, Whatsapp us or send us a message through our Contact Page 

P.S. - We won’t be able to provide a resolution after 5 days and/or if the zip-tie loop is broken, the item is worn, dirty, damaged, without tags or not in its original packaging.
