While we’re all about the infinite, our return policy prefers to stay in the finite realm.
- Items bought on sale/coupon discount & pre-orders are not eligible for return
- You can exchange your order at an exchange fee of 250/- per pair
- 999 items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- You've got 5 days post-delivery to request a return/exchange
- For us to take back the product it has to be unused, in the original packing and with the zip-tie loop intact.

P.S. - We won’t be able to provide a resolution after 5 days and/or if the zip-tie loop is broken, the item is worn, dirty, damaged, without tags or not in its original packaging.
