They have a beautifully misguided return policy and oversmart customer care.
Be aware that there's a automatic discount that gets applied and you can't remove it. And they use this setting to fool customers and say that discounted items are not returnable. And they've not even mentioned it in the return policy. They've only mentioned about items on sale. But they're oversmart customer care would gaslight you with a perfection.
Honestly the products are good after a while I got used to the footwear but that is not enough.
It is unethical in true sense. Your website should openly say that you don't accept any return. Why misguide because you have good products only thing that will happen is you'll lose is trust. that's all.
